ĐBP - On the evening of September 20, the Street Festival - one of the highlights of the 2025 Northwest Quintessence Festival - Điện Biên - took place along Võ Nguyên Giáp Street, stretching from the Victory Monument Ceremony Square to Vincom Trade Center.

At the national exhibition of achievements celebrating 80 years of independence (September 2, 1945-2025), the Điện Biên province display embodies the spirit: “Điện Biên - Together we build, together we rise”, honoring the province’s contribution to the country’s journey of defense, construction, and development.
